How You Can Help Ukraine Right Now
Because of Russia’s unprovoked and unprecedented invasion of Ukraine, thousands of Ukrainians have lost their jobs, homes, and lives. Millions of Ukrainian refugees are fleeing from their cities to Western regions and neighboring countries, seeking safety. And while the atrocities of the Russian war criminals continue to escalate, so does the need for help.
Ukraine has received overwhelming support from hundreds of countries and continues to receive it today. Whether in the form of sanctions, humanitarian aid, financial support, emergency relief, or military equipment, we are grateful for all the help we can get.
Besides the governmental officials and representatives, millions of ordinary people worldwide ask themselves, how can I help Ukraine? One of the ways you can help Ukraine right now is by donating to our non-profit organization.
Our non-profit organization "ZLAGODA" is based in the Khmelnytsky region and is gathering aid for the local military and civilian Ukrainians. We help equip the Ukrainian army with ammunition, personal protection equipment, medical supplies, hygiene kits, and basic necessities. We have already received generators from Moldova to support local self-defense forces and protect the city's critical infrastructure. Also, for the cash assistance we received, batteries were purchased for the tank brigade of the Khmelnytsky region.
The organization's humanitarian efforts are also aimed at helping civilians. At this point, we have an agreement with the Christian Charitable Foundation in Italy, according to which they will be donating essentials for children (diapers, clothes, baby food, etc.).
We ask everyone who cares to join the collection of humanitarian aid:
Everyone who wants to donate things to cover the humanitarian needs of the army and civilians can reach us via the contact details provided at the bottom of this page. We are currently collecting the following essentials:
If you have something else you are considering donating, please contact us.
In addition, Ukrainian soldiers need:
Because of logistics issues right now and the time it takes for the items to arrive, financial aid is the best way to support the people of Ukraine during these difficult times. Below, we provide all the necessary details for anyone to support us financially.
